This issue n°273 under the direction of Pierre Jacquemot includes varias from five authors (Isidore Ndaywel é Nzien, Guy Rossatanga-Rignault, Alice Sindzingre, François Gaulme, George Courade), an interview with futurologist Alioune Sall and an analysis of the history of French Cooperation (Gilles Lainé) covering the field of interest of the journal and five reading notes are added. The issue opens a new column on Constitutionalism and political institutions, destined to become permanent.
The next issue (n° 274) will focus on "community fractures" under the direction of Jean-Bernard Veron. The call for papers has been launched.
