Joseph Brunet-Jailly (JBJ) lengthily develops two radical critiques of our overall position which we feel are totally unfounded either because they make us say the opposite of what we actually argue or because he is incorrect in his methodological questioning. Further, he criticizes a whole series of specific points from the book, repeatedly misinterpreting our claims, ignoring our arguments or displaying ignorance of the scientific literature on the topic.
