"Since 1999, the series of problems affecting C?te d'Ivoire has led many citizens of Burkina Faso to return to their country of origin. Based on work done in the field in Abidjan and Ouagadougou, this paper examines issues like what this return looks like; how well prepared and controlled by the Burkina Faso authorities the operation has been; and how well returning migrants are reintegrated."
