The variation of sustainable development goals in territorial planning in Togo

The implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is an important step in the development process of any country. Although these goals are integrated into territorial planning, implementing them at local level poses a major challenge. Like other member countries in the United Nations (UN), Togo is drawing up a National Development Plan (NDP) to achieve SDGs and establish new development programs. Can the generalization of the SDGs hinder their selection and implementation at local scales?
