In order to evaluate the efficacy of different education policies in Kenya, the literature review concentrated on previous research, reports, and case studies. Results show that investments in technical and vocational education and training (TVET), higher education, and early childhood education have substantial social and economic returns, particularly when paired with focused outreach initiatives to unserved groups. The study examined tested innovations in Kenya and found that the best returns on investment are obtained from policy initiatives that emphasize inclusive education, lower dropout rates, and improve vocational skills.
